It is both male and female thing.Nose studs looks beautiful and sexy on both male and female.Nose piercing itself is an ecstatic experience.It hardly pains.

I think females are able to pull it off more often wthout it looking trashy or grungy while a guy almost always looks that way.

Depends where you get it done. I think its better on females, but I haven't really seen any males with it done!

both, but it depends on what kind of piercing it is, the small studs are a girly thing, while a hoop or something could be both....
