i just sold my home and my closing lawyer has all my money that i made off my home and he never returns any of my calls. i want to know when i am getting my money.

Send him a certified letter (requiring signature upon receipt). In the letter, state professionally what your issue is (even though he knows), request contact from him by X date or you will call him on Y date, and tell him that you will be in contact with the Bar Association if the matter is not resolved properly and legally.
Meanwhile, contact the Bar Association in you city or state and find out what your options are. Don't file a complaint (or even use his name) prior to the letter thing above being played out. Then, after you know what to do, do it if the letter doesn't work.
