I would print up a pretty card that says just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them too, doesn't mean they don't love you with all their heart

He's got a huge insecurity problem. That's not something a person can just turn off. All you can do is assure him that you love him. He needs to work thru this problem and become a more confident person.

It's one of two things, either he's just lacking in attention and this is how he gets it from you, or he is simply trying to manipulate you by trying to make you feel guilty. He isn't necessarily cheating, but that IS a possiblity.

There's a psychological concept known as "projecting." Essentially what it means is that you project your own inadequacies, your own self-hatred if you will onto other people. So rather than recognize your problems as coming from within (as in "I hate myself") you project them onto other people ("You hate me.")
So when your husband says YOU don't love HIM, what he cannot bring himself to say is that HE doesn't love YOU.

So even though you DO love him, he's saying, "No, you don't love me." And it makes you feel bad.
You know what he's doing? It's his way of saying he doesn't love you. But he's trying to make it sound like it's your fault.
Next, he'll cheat on you, but he'll blame you because you didn't love him enough.
Time to move on.

I think your husband need help from professional (psychologist)
But I hope he's just kidding to you to make you more love him.

Maybe he is feeling insecure about some part of your relationship. I'd ask him to give me examples of what makes him feel this way.
