Depends on what is normal in your area. Usually a nice outfit is fine, but if you are a business man, a suit would be better. (by the way--she will get whatever alimony your paycheck shows she should get-what you wear will have no bearing on that fact.)

depends on if u will be paying or receiving. if paying dont dress too nice bc it implies u have money and the judge will want u to pay more. if receiving dress sloppy...maybe judge will have pity and give u more money :)
