The registrar should be able to give you a copy of the certificate if you have full name and date of birth. There is a small fee for this xx

You would need to know where they got married, beacuse apart from the form submission, it would be on record in the district they married in. Talking to/make an appointment with your local registrar will help you get on the right tracks, however they may not give you the info because of you being a past wife, and they have the right to refuse access to such data.
But without causing offence, why would you want to know? I mean you're divorced from him, he's moved and so should you hun, I'm truly sorry if you still have feelings for him, but you will only get over it if you build yourself a new life. He may consider your actions as stalking and take legal action against you, which could cause further complications especially if children are involved.

RE:
How can I find out when and where someone got married?
My ex husband got married earlier this year, I would like to find out when and where and who he got married to. Can the council tell me this information? Or the registrar?

Leave him forever, don't let your jealousy and "ex love" make you crazy. Married or unmarried, he's not yours now.
Fill your life with your works, your business and your hobbies. Many things can you do than thinking stupid thing like that. Be yourself and be independent.
Good luck.

Are you a stalker? He is your ex husband for a reason. Would you like it if you got remarried and he was checking out who you got hitched to? Leave them alone!!!! Scary woman!

My suggestion is for you to leave your ex alone before you have a restraining order on your record. Leave him alone and go on with your life, if not you're headed for serious legal trouble.
