I am not sure if am pregnant or not (please refer to my last question) but what i am sure of is my stomach is bad!!! If i am pregnant I am probably about 3-5 weeks pregnant at most... and i have been almost constantly queezy (not just in the mroning) for about 4 days now. I have done mostly a lot of dry heaving... not much actual vomit. Could this be morning sickness? and either way what can i do to help my stomach (pepto bizmol says to ask a doctor before taking it when pregnant and therefore i am avoiding it in case i am) Thanks

if you are pregnant you can take a vitamin b6 every night before you go to bed to keep from having morning sickness. it neutralizes the acids in your stomach.i was sick the whole time with my first pregnancy then with my second i asked a doctor what could be done to keep the second pregnancy from being as miserable as the first and he said vitamin b6 i took it every night for about two months and i was never sick again

Put some crackers on your nightstand and before you actually roll out of bed in the morning, eat a few. That always worked for me with my first child. It's worth a try! But I'll tell you, it didn't work with my second, so I don't know if I was just lucky the first time around. You CANNOT take pepto when your pregnant (and you are :-) refer to my answer in your last question). There really is no medicine you can take for queasiness! Just try some dry foods in the morning.

Well, i had the worst case of morning sickness ever when i was pregnant. So, i called my grandmother and asked her help, she told me to eat saltine crackers and sprite before i got out of bed in the morning, and to also snack on them throughout the day. Also if you have a maternity store near you then, they sell things called morning sickness suckers...try them out! hope i could help!

Ginger can help calm your stomach. Ginger ale is ok, but even better is to get a sprig of fresh ginger and make a ginger tea: boil water, slice the ginger into narrow slices and drop it in the hot water, then let it cool.
