You have malware!! Naughty little spyware program. Run an anti-spyware tool to get it out and then reset your home page in preferences,,:-)=

It sounds like you pickup some spyware.
I would first go to control panels>appearance and themes>Display. Check and see if there is anything weird going on there. If you can not do any thing there go control panels>add remove programs and you might see the culprit there. chances are you will have a hard time removing it. You might have to go your task manager (ctrl+alt+del) go to processes and see if you can see it running if you do hit end process. It might start up again that is why you can't remove these devious programs in the control panal.
If none of these steps have worked reboot your computer and keep pressing F8 while it is restarting this will bring you to the bios menu hit safemode. Then when the computer restarts in safe mode repeat these steps you should be able to get rid of it.
Make sure you get some anti-spyware software running the antivirus only won't cut it. Check these out there great

Yeah, it sounds like spyware. Google some antispyware software ( you may want to read about different ones first in forums or something to find the best one). After you install and run the antispyware, open up your internet browser and go to the homepage you would like to have. Then after it loads, go to the top of the screen to "Tools" and then "Internet Options". Then at the top of the menu, under the "General" tab, you should see "Home Page". Find the button that says "Use Current", click that and then hit "apply" and "ok" and you should be good to go
