I tried many kinda memory modules.but did not wanted to start.i even tried an 512 SDRAM ECC Registered and it refuses the module.Sorry for my bad english.

run the computer scanner or put in your computer type and model info.

I hope you have researched your Motherboard manual to deterrmine how much RAM your MoBo will accept in each slot. This is critical because if it will only accept 256M per slot, then a 512MB stick absolutely will not work or be recognized by the PC.

Looks like it uses ECC Registered PC-133 SDRAM DIMMs. If those aren't working for you, it may be that you have another hardware problem, like a motherboard.

i would check with IBM support for the exact requirments for memory. and the total limit and limit per slot.

some computers mother boards can only handle a certain amount per slot.
