I looked at the three Photos you added to your question.
The other two females have a different Body frame than you do.
One appears to be a Ballet dancer.....she is petite and weights around 115 pounds...perhaps.
The girl on the Beach is also Petite and very thin.
Reduce your weight slowly. Diet is the key to a good figure. Use a multi-vitamin, also.
Work out at a Gym or Woman's club...Curves is a popular one in my area. But, any YMCA or YWCA is also good for exercising.
I was a Male Dance aerobics instructor for a few years and I saw dramatic results in many people...Male and female.
So, Dancing is a great exercise in addition to your toning routine.
Please keep in mind that Muscle weighs more than "Fat".
Take your time and work with a "Trainer" or a small group. In a few weeks you will slim down and start to tone your body.
Some people make the mistake of a crash diet that results in fatigue and a lack of energy.
This will take discipline and dedication by you. I am convinced that in a few weeks you will see a dramatic difference in your appearance.

Chic, from a woman's view, those girls are too thin plus they have a different bone structure. I like your shape a whole lot better and you really aren't that huge. I think if you get on a healthy diet like take out the breads, pasta, rice and sweets plus if you walk 30 minutes for 3 days out of the week unless you want to walk everyday you will drop about 30=40 pounds in 4 months. I know from experience. Once you drop the weight, then go to your local gym where you pay by the day and work out twice a week. You will tone up. Try this and let me know how you do....

In all honesty you did screw it up. When you ignored her phone calls it is pretty likely you broke her heart. Being a girl, and going through a similar situation I can easily say the problem is you never picking up the phone and telling her "I have a girlfriend currently, I can't really talk to you because of it." Ignoring a girl can ruin everything, and especially for so long. It makes her feel like she doesn't matter, and not ever knowing what happened hurts and makes the girl untrusting. You may not be able to get her back unless you're truly honest with her.

There is no way you could look like those girls. They have a petite or small bone structure which allows them to look like that. You have a body type like me, if you want to look "better" then exercise and eat right. Your body type won't allow you to look like that, because if you COULD look like that, you would look sickening. Start running and eating healthy food. No junk food or fast food, no pop or tea. Drink a ton of water. In a few months you'll see amazing results. I think you have a good body type, just work a little harder to achieve the look that you want. Don't be jealous of other girl's, what you have is a blessing. I hope everything works out for you hun.

Personally I think those girls are way too skinny. And sometimes people are just not built to be that thin. Rather than trying to achieve something unrealistic, get yourself a gym membership, hire a personal trainer and get yourself in to amazing shape. If you want a toned athletic figure, you don't need to be skinny!
Have your body fat percentage checked professionally. Aim to get it down to less than 25% as this is ideal. This will be a combination of losing fat and adding muscle.

i guess your 13 or 14 or 15 but your still growng and you have baby fat and by the time you reach 18 or 19 your body will have become what it suppose to be like. then you can exercise and eat a good diet.these others have faster metabolisms while yours is slower but dont be dismayed. you just have to eat like your suppose to.you look like you have a medium bone structure but if you lost about 15 lbs you might look undernourished but wait until you have stopped growing before going on a diet. walk everyday and dont skip aday. you will see results a few weeks if and only if you eat right and dont eat junk food.want a snack?an apple orange or a banana will halt those hunger pains or pangs.

You have a different frame than these girls; all of whom look skinny and lack musculature. The one you describe as being 'toned' isn't; she's just skinny. You could lose a little weight and do so by exercising, not radical dieting and then you'd look much better than the waifs you desire to resemble.

if you work really hard you can lose weight and get toned but you won't be tiny like those girls. don't worry about what you look like just exercise and have a healthy diet because its healthy not because you're worried about what others think. theres guys that like girls that are your size. and theres guys that like girls for the inside, their personality, not their looks. just eat healthy, exercise and feel beautiful and sexy the way you are.

ok hi im just gona give u the cold straight truth cuz thats y ur asking. u do realize that half of thoses girls r just retouched and paid to look like that, if u ever wanna look like them first u need to lose weight cuz ur kinda chubby, then worry about looking like those girls, but in my opinion, trying to look like others shows low self esteem and u dont really seem happy to b you, but watever if u wanna lose it and become an everybody. walk everyday and just eat healthy, very simple. good luck and keep your head high!

If you worked really hard, yes, but remember you would have to KEEP working hard. They have different genetics, so it's not as hard for them to look like that. Just try to be the best YOU- and do it by exercise, not excessive dieting, or you will be unhappy.
