about pregnancy tests....?

Question

I have taken two- one yesterday morning and one again this morning, and i have eone more (the bonus 3 pack). They are first response tests. The one i took yesterday had two distinct, clear lines (meaning pregnant) but the one i took this morning had one very clear distinct line and one faded almost transparent line....

Does this mean i am pregnant- or i am not? or when should i take the third test? did i take the secod one too soon? please help i am a little confused.

I wouldn't bother with the third. Just make an appointment at your family doctor or planned parenthood to "confirm" it. YOU ARE DEFINITELY PREGNANT! There is no false positives, only false negatives. And if you read your instructions fully, somewhere it will say that even a faint line means Yes. You need to make an appointment with either of the above first, because most Prenatal centers won't take you on your word alone, you need a referral. CONGRATULATIONS MOMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would wait a week and take the third test. In the meantime it would not hurt to go get some pre-natal vitamins. Even if you are not pregnant, if you are trying it is a good idea to start the vitamins as soon as possible. The doctors say to start the vitamins as early as a month before you conceive.... well if you think you payed for the third test in gas money and all you could use it
but if you do and you get another faint line it probably means your going to have a child if you don't go to a doctor anyway thoses free products don't always work .
now when you go to the doctor which you should because even if you are not having a child you still get info and you not trying to keep from haveing a child. so have one already seems to me you are makeing the choice in your actions
so find out all you can about haveing one from doctor,s, clinics, friends and other sources good luck to you either way

it is almost impossible to get a false positive unless the test is flawed or defective. however false negatives can occur due to low levels of hcg in the urine. hcg is the marker that these tests look for. with elevated levels it is a sign of pregnancy. how late are you? the tests are usually accurate from the date of a missed period. sometimes sooner depending on the test. try again in the morning (first woid of the day for higher levels) and see what comes up if your not sure after that go have a blood test done for a definite answer.

if both test showed up 2 lines never mind how faint they where u r differently pregnant, go take the other test 2moz if u want to make sure but the best thing to do is go and see ur doctor

A line is a line no matter how light or dark it is. You are pregnant. Congratulations! And I guarantee that it does say that on the package somewhere. So if you want proof, read it thoroughly. Call the doctor to schedule your first appointment!!

Is there anyway you could get a blood test done? That is the most accurate. How overdue are you on your period? You should wait until you are at least a week or two overdue for your period. Good luck.

u need to go 2 the doctor and get a real test done then tell ur parents or tell the father and then decide what ur going to do it will all help in the long run
