As there are so many rules and regulations for teachers and staff at schools they can't do much. I am not making excuses at all for them as I was bullied while in school and nothing was done. The worst thing that the school can do is chuck the muppets out but thats really what the bullies want.
I think teachers, parents and students should come together to figure out an effective way of dealing with the problems that occur in school hours and after. That way if the parents back the school then the school will not get into trouble for what they are doing.
I dont they would ever become your boss, I help run a company and I know that the people who used to bully me are sat at home doing nothing but getting fat!

my oldest son has just started secondary school & has had some problems, would you believe they have a policeman in the school with his own office, not that it helps at all, basically the school didnt want to know, even though I had photo's of my sons injuries & he was stabbed with a pen in the back,I had to go to the police to have anything done as my sons head of year is a total knob head, but still nothing got done, the kids got put on report & so did my son!.its a $*&^ed up system just like the rest of the country.kids today get away with far to much, bring back proper punishment!

Because few parents accept their child is a bully. It always amazes me how often I hear "They say my child is the bully, when in fact, he is the one being bullied!" It's a lack of respect for teachers. You're convinced your child would never lie to you, could lie to you. And that teachers are fools.
