Yes I'd let him off, it'd probably be worse for him personally to spend his life in prison and it would help to prevent the now inevitable civil war in Iraq. By the way, Bush has killed far more people than Saddam, but he isn't facing the death penalty, strange. Don't get my wrong, Saddam is an absolute ****, but so are Bush, Cheney, Blair and the rest.

Some need to die for their crimes. The world will be a better place once they hang the SOB. Why feed, cloth and house this butcher for the rest of his natural life?

I wont answer that but I will say that even if they did let him go he'd be taken out by militias in the area.

If I had the power he would already be dead by hanging. The real question is does Bush have the power to delay the verdict until after our elections. I think he does have that power. Karl Rove is very good at what he does for Bush.

I would let him off in the town square so people could spit on him torture him stone him then maybe hang him so they could throw darts until he died.

Torture him first, for years, then hang him. Even that would be too good for him, but it's one I'd personally do - but the torture would come from the families of those he also tortured.

I would keep him in prison(solitary confinement) for the rest of his natural life...in another country, not in Iraq.

Death, for some, is the EASY way out, as in Saddam's case.
