well I'm going to rock the boat here and say I can't stand Leona, all that lip quivering, and her 'I'm just a little girly whirly cutie pie' act. Simon fancies her and that's why she's there.
Nikitta shouts and can't take the criticism, she had a face like a smacked behind on Saturday because the judges weren't blown away by her.
Eton Road are brilliant and so what if Anthony looks weird, what does weird have to do with entertainment value?
ben should win, but I think Simon's little plaything will probably have it all fixed in her favour, she won't chart often and this time next year she'll be forgotten in the same way all the other 'winners' are.
Ashley was on TV this morning with Brenda from last year, we all know he was robbed, Robert is no different than so many other male vocalists, and has nothing new to offer.
And the MacDonalds, whatever you think of them, are very dignified, to stand there week in and week out being ripped apart like that. And Simon's lost the plot if he doesn't realise that the more he tears into them the more support they'll receive.

Good observations by jobsdun, quite accurate. hakuna matata's right about zero X-factor from contestants this year.

McDonald Brothers might get a deal for a sing-a-long K-Tel type album. Nikitta quite a sweet girl, only 17 and a way to go (if she has the tenacity). Mop-headed guy is a male model, can't see why Simon Cowell was so taken with him especially with vocals that iffy. Frank Bruno a nice enough bloke but too hyper - may not go far at all. Leonna must b winner but Ben too much of a Michael Bolton. Eton Road going the way of 4 poofs without a piano type of thing.

I think this years X factor is crap they are all ok, but compared to last year the show is boring. Leonne is good, Ray is old fashioned Ben is like Rod Stewart so that is now old fashioned. Robert, Nikitta are just run of the mill Eton road are the best entertainers (I like the one on the left whether he is a boy or a girl) So after all that I am going to vote for the McDonalds just to see Simons face when they get through and one of his acts goes again. By the way I liked Ashley he was different but the songs did not suit him. Roll on Saturday night to see another one of Simons bite the dust.

lol, like ur review. The mop head one was voted off cos of his cockiness and i think for the 1st time ever Louis made d right decision. Leona is clearly d best in dis series but blimey ,is this series boring or wat, kinda makes u miss last year's,even tho Chico cld not sing at least he was fun to watch and so was Maria b4 that b*****d sent her off. Ben is good and i like Eton Rd especially d odd looking one,he makes me not notice the other 3.i just wish they let them dress their age and stop making Leona and Nikitta look so Old!!!

I can honestly say that I don't like any of them - But, for vocal range only, I hope that Leona wins it. The MacDonald Brothers are absolutely dire, Ben just screams, Ray - too cheesey, Robert not only talk like Frank Bruno - he looks and sings like him aswell, Eton Road should be eating off the road, and the rest must be soooooo memorable, I can't even think who they are.

I bet Bjorn Ulvaeus was cringing when he listened to those brothers though - dear oh dear!!

properly thank goodness for the Scottish electorate is all i will say, they helped do away with Ashley by way of keeping the McDonald brothers in, no longer that they are my cup of tea, yet so happy that youthful whipper snapper has long gone, does he have an physique of ideas subject or what and that nasty remark he got here out with approximately Robert on the top became unforgivable, terrible boy.

Disagree. Even the best singers start out doing pubs and clubs, To be able to come out and sing knowing that Cowell is going to eat you alive no matter what, that takes guts.
And yes the more Cowell slates them the more support they'll get.
They dont deserve the treatment they get week after week

Yes, Scotland does vote for The MacDonald Brothers, but its more to get one up on Simon Cowell than their actual talent. I think theyre good, but not as good as most of the others. Keep Voting Scotland !!

Yeah, you're quite right. Even the continuity announcers on Scottish Television say stuff like "Good luck to the McDonald Brothers..." so that IS the only reason. We also vote for them because it upsets Simon Cowell so much. You should see his face when they're safe every week. Priceless!

Please don't give the McDonald Brothers the oxygen of publicity, or for that matter, any of the contestants taking part in this charade. They're all completely talentless and desperate for 15 seconds of fame at any price - 1 Christmas album of super bland covers and perhaps an invitation to meet the lovely presenters of GMTV and thats it, gone forever. No, no, no!! Can't wait for Saturday though, surely the McD's will be kicked off then.
