It may give a slight window into their personality but I wouldn't judge the entirely on it.

no you shouldn't judge a person based on anything, you can only judge when you actually know the person.
It's like when you're choosing a book to read, you don't look at the covers, and choose the prettier cover. You always read the back of the book to see what it's about, and find the book you like.

I think it is somewhat a reflection of that person. I think if you really want to get a better idea on who that person really is, read through some of their past questions and answers on Y!A
