Libreville ( Gabon Africa) lat.00 00 long.9.00 E
Pontianak( Indonesia) lat.00 00 long 109 .00 E
many think that Quito (Ecuador) is located on equator. this is incorrect. its lat. 01 00 S long.79 00 W

Quito,Ecuador. Do know we call this country Ecuador? because in Spanish equator is called Ecuador and because the country was closed to equator.
