The tax cuts have produced more job thus creating more income from taxation. It's right there in black and white.
The more jobs there are the more taxes create higher revenue.

Clinton simply didn't tinker with a ball set in motion by Reagn and Bush-1. nice try but Clinton simply reaped the rewards of the tough and unpopular choices the republicans made thus creating the boom of the 1990's.

Yes many jobs are low paying. Just as the job growth in the Clinton era were and remained so. The groundwork for high paying technical jobs are actually going to have to boom in order to keep up with the Chinese and the rest of the world.

Go to the Dep. of Labor web site and find out what jobs are really being created lately. Other than healthcare, there seems to be a lot of job growth in areas that nobody but illegal aliens want. Like washing dishes and cleaning hotel rooms. Maybe that's why so many illegal aliens are heading this way.

Which president last had a surplus? Clinton. Which president rang up the biggest deficit ever. GW Bush. Which president had the previous record deficit? GHW Bush.

The problem is not how much do you tax, it is how much do you spend on things that do not produce more revenue. Having wars always eat up a lot of money. Working towards peace will save money.

I am not saying every thing Clinton did was OK. But he was much more fiscally responsible.

Where do people get the idea that Democrats raise taxes? I know, from the lying Republicans who try to use scare tactics!

Someone's going to have to raise taxes in the future to pay off the big bill Bush has run up, and with our money!

Like it or not, they have to raise taxes. I fail to see how the government can lower takes then sink billions and billions into a war. Well, it can be done, just at the expense of cutting important things out of the budget. Course, who really needs healthcare and education anyways.....
