It's not real, they send every member this same e-mail sometime or another and sometimes more than once. It's an ad that they want you to open so it can lead you to buy magazines or join an on line college. If it were real we'd all be rich. So to answer your question yes, it is b/s!!!

Probably not. See how they spell some words. That is a tip off that it didn't come from yahoo. I would find yahoo's security and forward this email to them.
