people say that u dress bad but u cant help it is it cuz you dont dress like a person wants u to dress or is it cuz they are jeoules.cuz they cant pull of what u wear

For most people, you are judged on the first impression you make when you meet new people. People see your outer appearance, not your mind or heart. So what you are wearing plays a big part in helping them to form an opinion. If they see a person dressed like a certain stereotype, then they automatically assume they fit the mold in other ways too, and then you get labeled as being that way.
It doesn't mean that it's right, but it is the way many people form opinions. It doesn't mean they want you to dress as they do, or that they are jealous. It just means that they aren't seeing past your outside to get to know the real you.

What matters is how happy you are with yourself. If you like the way you look, then don't change it for anybody. Ignore what others think or say about you. They probably aren't important, and their opinions shouldn't matter to you.

In fact, it does matter. First of all, if you dress up like a lunatic, you'll be socially looked down upon and people won't likely accept you as what you are. I must admit, the modern society has been corrupted by the media so badly that we cannot live our lives as the persons we want to be.
Secondly, you don't just wear what you feel like to express your personality when you're attending some important office meeting. You wouldn't dress up like a hooker when attending your best friend's wedding ceremony. So, it does matter. Everything in our society is based on the looks.

Dressing has to do with how you want people to perceive you...dress professional people think your professional, dress preppy people think you may be just that, dress like your poor or like a thug people that don't know you will assume you are. Plus you will attract others that dress like you and repel the ones that don't. So it is up to you. If you dress how you want to dress and you have your friends that is all you need to worry about not what someone else is saying. some people are just bossy and they like to control...they lack understanding of someones situation...some people say things because they care and want you to improve...its up to you to determine where this person is coming from.

I dont think it's becasue they're jealous. If people have a problem with what you wear, it's probably because you offend their sensibilities. Sometimes you have to take care you aren';t hurting people around you too much. Stand your ground, there's nothing wrong with clothing of any kind. But when it becomes too much of an issue, maybe you should tne down. Not because they are right, but because it'd be a sacrifice for the greater cause of peace in your surroundings and your own mental peace. Largely however, this world needs to undergo a revolution where clothing is the least of people's concerns.

Sometimes a person is jealous because they can't pull it off, and sometimes they are right, because the look should be pulled off and thrown in the trash! As long as you don't dress trampy you should be fine.
