I don't ever recall fluffing and waking myself up...hubby on the other hand....can cause an eruption so loud it wakes the neighbours dogs and measures 8.9 on the richter scale....(and he still manages to stay sound asleep.)

I know it doesn't wake up my husband when he fart in his sleep!!
