No. They are at 37 deg and the dew point needed to get a steaming up effect is far below that temperature, say 4 deg or less.

the human eyeball has a duct behind it called the lachrymal duct, this flows from the eye to the nose (nasal cavity) and drains tear fluid away, if this became blocked the front of your shirt would be wet within ten minutes, a lot more fluid passes over your eyeball than you would imagine.
therefore i deduce it impossible to steam up an eyeball.

you can get the desired visual effect i imagine by opening your eyes underwater, if thats what your after really insted of the answer

Sort of - if the air is warm enough and saturated enough, then yes, water will condense on a surface that is 37C (e.g. in a steam bath).

However, as the eyeball is permanently wet, the condesing droplets will merge with the water that is already there. So they won't 'steam-up' as such because that effect is due to tiny water droplets on a dry surface.

Have none of you ever drank a hot drink, breathed out your nose while taking a sip and have your eyes steam up? Its not a impossibility

yes, its quite fun too,

If you can hold your eyes open for as long as possible over the steam from a boiling kettle, be carefull not to lose your eyesight altogether though.
