Punishment should fit the crime after every possible means of reforming the individual have been exhausted.
As to the method, quick, humane and with perfect clarity that its coming...right between the eyes without a blindfold.

Can you rephrase the question? If you ask anyone how they should be put to death, they won't answer seriously. Personally, I don't believe in the death penalty, but I think if it is neccessary, it should be humane, like hanging or firing squad. As humane as possible for legal murder, anyway.

The death penalty is barbaric and has proven to be ineffectual - people still kill in countries with the death penalty. If it is wrong to kill how can state killing be justified. Two wrongs do not make a right!.

I would like death by shagging, preferable with Kelly Brook. Failing that, I would go for a suicide bombing and go out like a milkshake followed by a funeral in the MIddle East with mass hysteria and people wailing and beating themselves at my passing. Not much to ask, is it?

I'm anti capital punishment, so you'd better make sure you get the right person first.
And if anyone sets anyone up they should get the same punishment as their victim.
Who is going to administer the punishment? Volunteers? Do you want them living next door to you?

after a fair trial, and after being found guilty by a jury of your peers, you should be imprisoned for life. the death penalty is not a deterrant. reflect on your crimes in prison.

punishment should reflect the crime,sex cases should have to dig thier own grave naked on a freezing winter morning while reletives of the victim should be let loose to do as they please,but this must involve the chopping off of the genitels.persistant thiefs-hands chopped off. people who park in disabled bays should have disabled people park on them.ect ect ect........

There is no crime that deserves the death penalty. Any sort of corporal or capital punishment is essentially meaningless revenge where as the justice system should try to reform criminals into useful good members of society that can help the rest of the nation.

According to your crime - Murderers - should be set free and allowed to be murdered in the same manner as they killed their victims, rapists should be sha gged to death, stranglers - hung, mad axe men - axed, kiddie fiddlers should just be killed without trial.
