lt would upset me! Best thing to do is to buy her something you like and she will wear it and not the one you don't like!
Good luck!

why not just say you find her perfume a little bit strong and you don't want to be put off snuggling up to her, as Christmas is approaching you could always suggest shopping for "our perfume" a bit like "our song", something that would remind you both of each other!
remember perfume which smells alright in the bottle or on someone else, can change, as we each have our own body chemicals, my Mum has a lovely perfume, but it smells terrible on me!
good luck

It's not a sin to tell your girlfriend her perfume smells awful. You're just being honest. She should appreciate that you're not a "yes" man who agrees with everything. She knows she'll always get the truth from you and that's a good thing. Better you say it to her, than a stranger, right?

It's not sinful, but try a bit of diplomacy, 1) buy her some new perfume that she likes and you like.
2) Hint it would be nice for her to have other perfumes instead of always the same one.
3) Take her shopping (brownee points immediately) and get her to try others at the beauty counters, they always have testers. Then buy it for her for xmas. Sheila.

I hope not. Some perfume is gross - I think the smell of them au naturale would be preferable. And so strong! PS I made the mistake of not liking an aftershave a girl gave me - she didn't half moan on about it

tell her you think she needs a winter change... take her to the mall and pick out a perfume together. make sure you put it on her skin to see how the new smell mixes with her body chemistry before you buy. I think this will be a fun surprise for her and a relief for you...

Instead of telling her that she stinks, why don't you try replacing her perfume with something that you like? The more expensive the better, so that when you say "I smelled this, and it immediately reminded me of you. Would you wear it just for me?" she might actually believe you.

Take her shopping, (no girl can resist shopping) and choose one together. Then careful say that her current perfume doesnt suit her as well as her new one.
I know Id much rather hear it from my b/f than some one else. I'm also sure she'd value your opinion (even if she sulks)
Good luck: )

Oh you're in interesting territory. I reckon if it really is offensive people are crossing the street because of it and you must say something, timing, tact and directness are everything. Would you want to be told? If so how? Good luck.

Its better to take her out and get her to chose another one then keep telling her how much you like the smell of the new one. If she puts on the other one just tell her she suits the new one much better.

Only if it is not true. BUT, it might be dangerous! Why not simply buy her a perfume that you DO like?
