I think it is very important. When I lost weight I decided I would go to a golf school that I always wanted to attend. Besides the better health I enjoyed I felt like I was working for something else. I did loose the weight and attended the school.

Yes I think it's very important to have a goal - but for me the reward is 'success'. There's nothing that tops that for me in terms of reward.
For example: Losing weight. I have lost approx 80lb and my reward was never a bar of chocolate or even new clothes. The reward was just the success. Standing naked in front of the mirror and watching my size reduce. That was it.

Obviously everything followed - like buying smaller sizes etc.. But that was not the reward.

It's not that pressing to maintain a goal, once you realize the main interest is the maintaining of energy and enthusiasm. Having fun on the way to your destiny, and having some control as well as compliance.

v should know when the time belogs to what,
life is not all about only mind or only heart,
v should try to strike a balance between the 2 .........
