No it is really only a joke thing, no one is really that way. It could be dumb redhead, or anything else. Take this joke: A man is having an argument with his wife (insert dumb blond wife, red head wife or anything else wife in you want) and says: How can you be so beautiful and so dumb a the same time. The wife (again insert anything) says: God made me beautiful so I would be attractive to you, He made me dumb so you would be attractive to me.
Just something to put in the blanks.

well alot of people think that Jessica Simpson and Paris Hiltion deserve the kicks. Alot of people are stupid. It seems when a blonde messes up more people know about it. perhaps that is what sparked the jokes. I never found them funny but I guess when people look at what they have in Hollywood, it's understandable why the jokes occur.

Nowadays, IMO, it's a legitimate response to a disturbing trend: the media's glorification of the rich, spoiled, slutty, moronic girl who often happens to be blonde.
