Anyone who even thinks about touching a young person without consent that is under 16 for their own personal sexual pleasure . this does not mean 2 innocent teenagers who are consenting but to an adult of the age 21 or older who just wants to his rocks off on an innocent child.

Yes. It is against Gods will but I do know of some people who should die eternally. Those whom molest children. There should not be any salvation or forgiveness for them.
