The Charlton Heston "Planet of the Apes" where he breals down in front of a half buried Statue of Liberty is good.
I like "twists in the tale" so Usual Suspects, "Sixth Sense" and "the Game" all have great endings.
My personal favourite though is from when I was a kid (1970s) : Silent Running (at the end the little robot is all alone in space, millions of miles from anywhere, but still faithfully keeps tending the last of earth's plants). Made me cry when I was small.

Seven has a very dramitic ending, and may I recommend the slightly odd Quadraphenia as an ending that you may never know quite what has just happened and is open to interpretation for the viewer.
Personal favourite is definitely between the Usual Suspects and Seven.

I find the original Planet of the Apes' ending dramatic everytime I see it (the remake's ending was stupid though) then comes Usual Suspects and the original Psycho. What about Whiskey Down-why did she have to eat the winning lottery ticket after all the mayhem?

I thought Saw 1 and Saw 2 were both good endings, also Sixith Sense, Usual Suspects. I love movies with twists that you don't see coming and then you watch the movie the second time and it all is clearer! What lies beneath was another good twist!

The Usual Suspects has an absolutely awesome ending that you don't see coming, it just unravels it all! Also have to love Casablanca's classic ending, beautiful!
