How can I get super Glue off my bench top?

Depends on what your bench top is made of. Nail polish remover should work unless the top is painted.

super glue dissolves in alcohol.just apply after shave or some spray on it and wipe it away

If it is a laminate surface, use a razor blade. Otherwise you may have to sand it off.
