some women appear to have two stomachs,what is the couse?

and many many men appear to have multiple stomachs(2,4,8,16-----------------). what about them?

yes i never seen a woman who looked like she had two stomachs before.

My guess is that it is the way you are holding the magazine. It is obvious you have not seen any REAL women.
