First, you must talk to your parents that you have love with someone. Tell them to take next step (i.e your marriage with him) if you love him really. Its the good & best purpose to him & he will never refuse it.

U can simply propose it IF The person is U R friend please be carefull in proposing learn his nature first and then reveal U R love.

when u meet him next time, for 20 seconds watch in his eyes and dont say any thing, next time when u meet him again do the same thing and this time seen his eyes for 40 seconds. and dont say anything ...it works....third day when u meet him he do the same as u done last two days....it works....

You can walk near him or around him or in front of him. Next time drop something and keep walking and he'll know who it is because your always near him.
