By constant review of our own selves,
By putting ourselves in the crucible of challenges and experiences.
By never compromising on the values of life.
By always remaining committed to the task on hand.
By never aligning ourselves to the mediocre and the ordinary.

Put yourself in the other persons shoes. Dont be judgemental because at the end of the day we are not all perfect, none of us.
Ask yourself, would you like that to happen to you, or like to be in that situation etc ?... If no then what can you do to help, even if its a smile a hello.
And i tell you what, you will feel a much better person for it at the end of the day.

I think it beings by shrinking our ego. Not being so self-important. Then we are in a much better place to give others the help they need and receive from others the help we need.

Bitter butter to be kept out of better butter to make us better. We have to kill all bitterness to become better. All evil originates from some bitterness.
