Greetings!

You can't. Iraq was a sovereign nation. As such, what right did the US or any country have to invade them.
Certainly there will be some who might argue it was justified as per UN resolutions.
Yet we know many countries have resolutions passed against them and they do not get invaded.
This whole ploy was a simple invasion ordered and orchestrated by our President for the purpose of picking on the weakest kid on the block to prove a point.
When you look at the loss of life and chaos following the "Mission Accomplished", a reasonable person would begin to question how much of the so called madness of Saddam, was actually a leader who did what was necessary to control his country to a point where some semblance of peace existed.
Do you think for one minute the President of the US would not do the same?
Do you really belief you have the rights and freedoms in this country, that we supposedly fight to give others?
Also as an aside, I am sure you can see everyone there has a gun, from 5 years old and up. If Saddam was so bad, why didn't the people there revolt against him? Certainly they were armed well enough!

Good Luck

Cannot be justified unless and independent judicial court under the control of International court of justice awards the punishment. He was caught by the international forces .So the biased court should not trial him. No head of the state who did injustice to the humanity should be tried in the same country but by the international committee of justice.
