how do i break it down to the correct answer.
And by doing this dose anyone know what its called?

it would be 21.58, because 7 is higher than 5 , so we just round it up become 8

I see that 7875.00 is accurate to 5 significant figures, but 365 is accurate to only 3 significant figures, so therefore the answer can only be accurate to 3 significant figures.
With 21.57534246, because the fourth digit (7) is greater than or equal to 5, you have to 'round up' the third digit by 1, to a 6. So the correct answer should be 21.6.

To find exact answer, keep it in fractions
7875/365 = 1575/73.Here u go the exact answer and use it for further calculations or in decimals, round it to 21.75 since 7 is succeded by 5, it can neither be less nor more.

5,6,7,8,9 = Can + 1
We Can Take 21,57 if its has two zero.
and can take 21,575 if its has three zero.
