Very few of them will serve as a role model. Gandhiji is a good example and Mandela also. I heared about some political leaders who are clean and honest. People should select a good leader otherwise they will be like this.
We are the selectors if the selection is wrong then its our mistake.

If you are from India, I would say that they are the source of knowledge. You learn a lot from them. They are the true followers of the universal philosophy that 'change' is the only 'constant' in life. They keep changing. His worst enemy becomes his close ally in no time. Do you have that maturity. Learn from him. He is like a person who has attained the state of bliss. The laws of the land civil/criminal are meant only for normal humans like us. Nothing binds him. He is a great magician. He doesn't fool your eyes alone but fools you in all his words and deeds. They are, indeed, the truly blessed by the Gods.

Political leader means a person who belongs to masses and
well aware of the problems of a common man. Its really a pity for us, that a time has came that someone is actually asking this question like "how politician can help to common man".

a political leader is a person who is given great responsibilities by people to work for their betterment,for providing basic facilities amenities.
