the best time to climb mt kinabalu is from March - August. But im sure that you know that the weather is so unpredictable.Anyway, make sure that you book for the mt hut as early as possible, and the booking period is up to 6 months ahead.U can try ur luck to climb at year end as it will always rain especially when u reach layang2 level. I've climbed before in heavy rain but i still survive & it was nice n worst time of my life. I DO... yet ours is lots distinctive than the season in India. We get all our rain interior the months of October - March (it turns to snow in December-February)... something of the 300 and sixty 5 days is genuinely DRY - which finally ends up in wild-fireplace possibility in June-October until eventually the rains return. additionally, we live interior the hills / mountains, so there is quite little flooding... it basically soaks in or runs down the creeks and rivers We popular basically 800mm of rain a 300 and sixty 5 days.
