Can I buy a Pay as you go SIM Card at Miami International airport?

I'm not sure what you are asking, but I doubt it. You can buy phone cards almost anywhere but SIM cards usually come from your cell provider (if I'm not mistaken). If you need a phone card you can get them at most gas stations and just about anyplace else.

The airport has very few shops now that the new security laws are in effect.

Hard to accomplish, if you find them thru a machine, don't try it, most of the complaints at the airport are from vending machine malfunctions
