i have celeron 1 GHz , 128 MB ram, i want to upgrade my system to minimum level foe WIndows Vista.

You need at least 1GB of RAM, 128Mb Graphics card minimum, 7.5Gb of free HD space to run Vista not to mention a 1.6Ghz Processor or better, I have it on this system as I run dual boot...

Dear friend answer to your question is VISTA is very good. your hardware requirement is not up to the standard of VISTA. There is some annoyance when you want to INSTALL new stuff but you can get around to it. If you want Vista then better upgrade your system. Good luck

With 128 Ram you be crawling around.

you need at least 15gb of freespace on your hdd
with that your system will run slow
example putting win xp on a win 95 system
you want at least a 2.4ghtz cpu , 1gb ddr2 memory and a sata hdd of at least 40gb 256mb graphics card
