hi ,want would it cost roughy for 'electrical sytem' check and , as want to rent my home ?

do i need a eletrical certicate if i want to rent my home out ?

as arleady had elcetrical test when brought the house.

want to rent out to about 4 students just want to know steps i need to take and advice !

If you already had a home inspection when you purchased the home you shouldn't need anything else but a good rental agreement.
