use a product by the name of colorfill, it is available from B & Q etc, it is actually a laminate floor repair compound that is used by kitchen fitters to disguise worktop joints, there are hundreds of colours available in gloss and matt, apply so that it is proud of the scratch, wait until dry, then use the colorfill solvent to remove the excess... and hopefully BIngo, you can't see the scratches anymore! If you want an exact colour match, go to unika.co.uk and they have a colour match chart online to get you the right colour!
Hope this helps!

Are these those hi-gloss worktops, perhaps a gloss black or other dark colour ?

Unfortunately we have this question a few times on this forum. Those worktops are not standing up to the test of time, people often say they look really old after a couple of weeks,

The surface is damanged so all you can do is rub something into the scratch to try and hide it.

You can see every scratch because they are new so any imperfections will be very prominent. I noticed the same thing just after I got my new kitchen but in time these paled into significance as other scratches occurred over time. Its part of the wear and tear on your new kitchen.

The glossy ones show scratches that's why we were advised to go for the matt finish ones.
