Chhota Rajan and his wife are already in Indian jail caught by the Mumbai police, where as Dawood Ibrahim is taking asylum in Pakistan. He is in Karachi and Indian Police have no jurisdiction beyond India. What we see in Indian movies is not even 10% reality. if the cinema heroes try to be 'Don' in real life they will land up in jail the next moment. Police in India is not as bad as they are projected through movies. They have solved very tough cases whenever they have wanted. It is the politicians who create problems for handling cases in accordance with law. Otherwise both the law and the police in India are adequate and efficient.

Indian police will arrest terrorist only when they come and say Iam fedup with terrorism and arrest me . Then the very next day News paper will carry a headline saying After rigorous stinging operation our police arrested a terrorist xyz and the IG who is not at all know anything about this will grin with a gold medal.

of course Dawood who stimulated the administrators/manufacturers to make movies on him no count number if the present action picture or the previous one. If the underworld did no longer existed replaced into it conceivable for the action picture-makers to offer such movies?

its bcoz the people in indian govt. are being supported by these dons.so they dont help govt in finding these dons.
