try bleach

Pour a good liquid detergent on it, let it set for 30 minutes or so and wash in cold water. Bleach in the wash will also work it garment is white.

dye the clothes red then you wont see the colouring

I agree, try OxyClean, if that doesn't work then die the clothes red to match the stains.

Try oxi clean. if that doesn't work I think you're out of luck.
