Since splitting up with my ex and gaining some freedom i have been going to as many gigs as possible which is all new to me!! I love MCR but am worried i may be too old to have a crush on Gerard Way!!! Help Me!!

IMHO, as long as you can keep seeing things in perspective (so not become a stalker or anything close to that), you're hardly ever too OLD to have a crush on a celeb.
Girl, I'm 54...(ouch, this may sound ancient to you)...but believe me, age doesn't really come in to this thing...I'm still very capable of having a crush on a man, celeb or not. (your body gets older, but your mind will, somewhere, always keep a bit of that "teenage"-feeling!)
GO for it, enjoy the feeling, but stay sane please!

Don't worry. If there were age limits on crushes, I'd be up a creek. Gerard is a very good looking young man and, seriously, 24? I think you guys are about the same age anyway.

Girl, I am in my 30's and I have had a crush on Matthew Perry for YEARS! (since before Friends)
I am so glad to see his success... Now we just need him to find a really nice girl to settle down with! :-)

I dont think you are too old to have a crush you never are. I'll tell u one thing though.....you're probably older than most of the other girls who have a crush on him. there's nothing wrong with a crush. obsession yes, crush, no.

You're never too old to have a crush! It makes you feel so good! I'm sure your eyes are brighter and you glow when you think of him or see him. It sux when you realise that you can't actually be with him but it's nice to have that buzz in your gut and heart. Crush on!!
