There is absolutely nothing you need to do to your breasts or nipples in order to prepare to nurse. Think of the size of baby's mouth.....small nipples are often easier to get a tiny baby latched onto than larger nipples! Your breasts will go through a lot of changes during pregnancy.

The size of your breast or the size of your nipple will not affect your ability to breast feed your baby. When a baby nurses, he must have a proper latch-on that encompasses not only the nipple but the entire areola which is the dark part around the nipple. This area will darken as your pregnancy progresses. There is a squeeze test you can try. Simply squeeze gently behind your nipples using your thumb and index finger. If your nipple clearly extends outward in response to this gentle squeeze your baby should have little difficulty latching on properly. Do not worry if your nipples do not respond quite yet since you are very early in your pregnancy. If you are in your last trimester and still feel you may have problems, contact your local La Leche League or the lactation consultant at the hospital you will be delivering at. There are several classes you can take prior to delivering that will help you with breast feeding basics and give you the confidence you need to be successful and to work through any problems that arise.

I don't think you can make your nipple any bigger in time. You know what's important? It is the milk that comes out of your breast. What good is you big nipple if there is no milk that comes out of it. Now, even if it is small, if it yields enough milk for your baby then it will suffice.
You will be lucky if you can breast feed up to 2 years. Some mother like my wife was only able to breast feed for 2 months.
If your baby is having a hard time getting milk from your nipple, consider pumping the milk onto a container and transfer it to a feeding bottle. I hope this helps.

In the case of nursing your baby...size doesn't matter, technique is what it is all about. Your nipples will enlarge as your pregnancy progresses and so will you breast size...so don't worry about the size. There are a number of books out there that you can read and if you look in your phone book you may find breast feeding support groups that will answer any of the more complicated question you may have while nursing your baby. For now, relax and enjoy your pregnancy and congratulations.

Hi,
I am Areana from Germany and 2 years back I was hopeless as you are now. Breast is one of the most imp part of a girls's life. Few years back I was like having a flattened chest. It was always a matter of dis-appointment when I see a good looking boy dating a good figures girl. I felt jealous.
After a hell lot of trying trying and trying various pills and creams I found a precisely what I was looking for years. I paid only the handling charge for the first bottle so I bought it as this was cheap as hell @ https://tr.im/4NfLQ I almost feel like I have a new lease on life. There is nothing quite like feeling perfectly comfortable in your own skin again.
Cheers! Hope you will attain your self esteemed back :)

This is a question you need to call you baby's pediatrician & ask. As you can see, total strangers will try to 'diagnose' your baby and thats not a good thing. Your baby could have reflux. My daughter is 8 months old & has had it since birth. She throws up all day long. She is gaining weight fine, and only your doctor can tell you if your baby is gaining an acceptable amount of weight as well.

Heyy. What's up? My name's Gwenivere, let me tell you a brief story about myself which I believe may be of some Hẹlp to you... Growing up, I was teased all throughout high-school. You know, I was that girl with the really small breasts that everyone liked to make fun of. I did not hit puberty until a little bit later on in my life. People used to say all kinds of mean things to me, refering to my breasts as "man-boobs", "mosquito bite titts", "flat-chested" ... it just went on and on. I even had one boyfriend that told me that he was ashamed to be seen with me in public. The ridicule never seemd to end. Because of this, I went through school being very self-conscious about my appearance and my ability to get boys to like me. Even after puberty, I never made it past an A cup.. so my negative self-image carried on into college. The emotional scars left by those mean girls (and boys) from HS never quite faded.
So, with that, I was determined to change my predicament. The thought of going through life feeling insecure about my body was unacceptable to me , especially during my college years. So what I did was a thorough, dedicated search. I scoured the web for answers. I spent several days and nights pouring through an endless amount of first-hand accounts and other personal experiences with various products and solutions. During this quest, I found precisely what I was seeking. It was a topical cream called "CurvyBust" @ https://curvybust.im .. The first bottle that they sent out was totally Frẹe, the only thing I had to do was pay for the S&H. This is the only reason I even tried it, normally I would be too skeptical to bother with something "too good to be true." All I can say is, unbelievable. I went up almost 2 cup sizes in just a matter of a couple months. You would not believe what this has done for my self-esteem and outlook on things. I almost feel like I have a new lease on life. There is nothing quite like feeling perfectly comfortable in your own skin again.
Take care! I hope you find the answers you are looking for <3

you can buy nipple pumps to make the nipple come out more but also try not to worry because nature has a way of getting your breasts ready when the time is right! but don`t worry if you have problems because bottle fed babbies do just fine! good luck.
