Everytime someone finds out I'm a scorpio their opinions change about me. Plus everywhere I go I hear people complaining about Scorpio's. Are we really that bad?? Why??

You might notice that you get a different reaction from men, their eyes light up when they find out you are a scorpio. The reason is because of all the horoscope books that describe scorpios as the ultimate lovers of the zodiak, you know once you go scorpio you never go back! That is why you get that reaction from women, because they feel insecure and think you are going to steal her man and ravish him right in front of her! It's too bad, because scorpios are also known as the loyalist and most trustworthy of friends! And most of us definately don't like leftovers! Luckily you as a scorpio are highly perceptive and are able to pick out these weak personalities easily, as a result in your life you will tend to have few but very high quality friends.

Sweetie,saying that you are bad because you are scorpio is equal to saying that you are a bad person because you are an average student..heck isn't that being so stupidly bious?
I have also noticed that we have qualities that many people end up feeling very jealous about and thats why they purposely put the trait in us..teehee ;) Its true. I know from experience and I have noticed it everywhere..
Just because we don't like to be fake and we bluntly say stuff to peoples' faces does not mean we are bad. Infact,if people want to be around others who are not frank and are always complimenting them then fine.
My close friends love my sign,so do many people who are close to me. I know many friends who do too because they know a few scorpios very well.
We are very deep and loving creatures. We care for everyone,we work hard,we can figure out people within seconds or anything we analyze..so we should be happy to be unique :D

Remember,good and bad exists in all signs. Only ignorant losers will judge you overall based upon this. You can always take help from astrology but everything does not have to always be true.

Most people have probably heard the "darker" side of Scorpios. They have a very high tendency to be EXTREMELY manipulative, jealous, and posessesive. They're quite evil when they want to be.
Personally, I have no problems with Scorpios. I generally like them, but I'm also a water sign so I understand them.
You should flip through a book called Darkside Zodiac. It's all of the dark stereotypes of sun signs. That may be why people's opinions change, Darkside called Scorpios the darkest sign of them all.

Most other star signs have trouble 'being real'. They create a bubble world around them that excuses their weaknesses and faults.
Scorpios, on the other hand are immune to such tendencies. They see the bare, ugly, gory truth in every situation, and quickly recognise the masks that others wear. A Scorpio loses respect in anyone who can't face the truth of their situation.
A Scorpio can therefore make your life hell if you get on their wrong side.
On the positive side, they can help you grow in unimagineable ways if you learn to listen to their deep wisdom and insight. They can be extremely loyal friends if you put your trust in them and they never, ever break their word of honour.

I'm a Scorpio too.
Please don't feel bad about being a Scorpio.
It's a very powerful sign. You have the will and the strength to do whatever you want - do only good and all the people will love you.
I know that sounds hard to live up to, but try, remember you are a Scorpio and you are capable of great things.

lemme tell u one thing first.iam a Scorpio too but i've never had such experiences.people who are trying to underestimate you(or scorpios) are just-jealous of you.dont worry.you know what you are and what others think of you hardly matters.you dont have to prove to others what you are worth.its just because scorpios are one the strongest signs of the zodiac.no one can try to rule over us.forget all these petty things and turn towards much more important things in life.enjoy!!

One of my best mates is a Scorpio girl, we get on like a house on fire. You girls have a fire in the belly which indeed takes a special type of person to tame. Its fun too. Love the Scorpios.

no, scorpios are fun people. I thought people hate capricorns but i guess it's not true about what people think of our signs. I don't think it matters what sign we happen to be; there are people that hate us and love us. I don't think you have to worry about it.
