Thinking that your life is wrong in order for you to get drunk every night. It's an excuse for alcoholism. Get to a 12 step Alcoholics Anonymous program and let the Higher Power get to work in you.
And start exercising , running, lifting weights, etc. instead of tipping them back.

I'm sorry to hear this, you have some real problems I guess. I had someone tell me that they couldn't get to sleep until the beer cans were higher then his head.
Whatever created this is something you have to find out. I would think you'd want to live a sober life and have everyone look up to you.
I suggest you contact AA there's a chapter in your city I'm sure. They'll help you get to the seat of the problem. In the meantime, Good luck. Been there?

We can all offer you advise hun.. only you know why you drink every night? Take a good close look at your life, is there anything that you need to change? Are you alone? Are you depressed? Do you have friends? Whats on your mind that you drink? People drink for many reasons... without knowing you.

think you are stuck in a rut hun!
change ur routine, dont drink or if you fell you need to then only limit yourself to one or two a night!
Have friends round or go and see your friends! you dont need to get drunk all the time, and it'll be nice to see ppl rather than get drunk everynight!
I think you just need to stop doing the same thing everynight!

We don't know what is going on in your life that you hurt yourself in this way. I feel sorry for you though. Do you have a support system in place like a girlfriend, wife or other friends? Sometimes you need people to help you. There are folks to talk to about this at AA meetings. If you want to pull your life back together start there. Good luck.

That's what's wrong with your life! Slow down on drinking and maybe you'll be able to see more clearly. Go from there!

If you feel you MUST have a drink I think you may have an alcohol problem and you should see your doctor about this. If you feel its more of a habit I think you are depressed.
