Beautiful people can get away with wearing anything...
I am currently wearing glasses and look absolutely gorgeous!!

Eyeglasses can be another adornment, like a mustache or jewelry. If a person has a face that is already attractive, glasses can detract from that. But if a person has a face that is somehow bland, or less featured, or just lacking in character, glasses can give it that.
Also, if you are used to seeing a person wearing glasses, you cannot imagine them NOT wearing glasses. The same holds true if you aren't used to seeing someone who has never worn them before now wearing them - the change makes them look different, going against what you know about their "look."

Cuz its all about accessories. Any accessory can make or break a look and unfortunately eyeglasses are the same way. So can really pull the look off and others can not. Plus, a lot of people pick frame shapes that are all wrong for their face shape (yes it matters!).

If you are looking at an attractive person, then your eyeglasses will make him look better. If he's not attractive, they won't.

Beauty or attractiveness is a matter of personal perception. Having said this though, the shape, style and color of the glasses really matter so, maybe everyone doesnt wear ones that suit them.

My personnel opinion, is that a person should be fitted with frames and have someone else help chose the frames. What we like, isn't always what looks best on us.

many times it's the glasses, a person makes a poor choice in style.
