BIOS Password as long as the unwanted user/s doesn't know how to tinker with the insides of a PC. For a smarter culprit, try a Hard Disk / OS Password from PowerQuest.

Go to:
Control Panel>User Accounts.
Click on your account (most probably Administrator) and click on 'Create Password'.
Then click on 'Guest' and any other account if present and turn them off.

If XP, go to: Start / Settings / Control Panel / User Accounts.
