Okay, get a twig and like make sure it feels right, break it off a cypress tree.
Then you have to PRIME IT, put it in the light of the full moon for a night, on or before ALL SAINTS DAY...HALLOWEEN , Harvest time, you know like a week ago, so you will definately have to wait until next year...Oh I suppose you could wait for the Spring full moon.
Then you go to the school of HARRY POTTER..
and learn how to conjure up a tornado right in the class room.
Bring Dorthy and Toto and have them whisked away to some other movie, like hmmm, maybe have them drop in on um, the old Frankenstein or something...
Or I guess you could just do it the way I was gonna say, but a lot of people allready used the two, two liter bottles taped together with food coloring.
I do not really want to condone witchcraft anyway.
You know, I was just kidding.
God Bless you with it.
Have fun...goodday

MATERIALS NEEDED:
2 plastic, 2 liter bottles (clear), provided by student
duct tape
scissors
food color
pencil
paper towels
ruler
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
Fill one bottle 3/4 full with water.
Add 2-3 drops of food coloring(student choice).
Cut a strip of duct tape about 1 in. x 2 in. (2.5 cm x5 cm).
Cover the mouth of the bottle containing the colored water with the strip of tape.
Use the pencil to punch a hole in the center of the tape - make the hole slightly larger than the tape.
Use your fingers to smooth and secure the edges of the tape around the hole in the tape.
Turn the second bottle so that the mouth of each bottle lines up.
Use paper towels to dry any moisture from the necks of the bottles.
Wrap strips of duct tape around the necks of the bottles to secure them tightly.
Flip the bottles so that the bottle with the water is on top.
Grasp the bottles around the necks and quickly swirl them in circles parallel to the floor.
Set the bottles on a table, with the empty one on the bottom.

take a cylindrical container with water and spin it
faster the cylinder spins, more pronounced the funnel will become
you can add a hole to bottom face for water to run out of to make things easier
