Babies' stools can change a fair bit when you start introducing new foods during weaning. You're the best judge of whether your baby seems happy and content or whether he or she is showing any other sign of being unwell. Obviously if you're particularly worried I'm sure your health visitor will be happy to advise.

Through past experience of raising 4 children. A babys stools only turn green when the baby has stomach ache or upset tummy. You should contact your health visitor or even your doctor if your concerned at all. Do hope baby is ok xx

Yes. My daughter's stools turned green when she ate a lot of iron-enriched foods. As long as the consistency is fine, not too runny and not too hard, your baby should be okay. You'll get to see many more colors as new foods are introduced. Have fun!

Adding different foods to their diet can cause changes in the color and consistency of their stools.
