To get a six pack, you need to do 2 things--the most important thing is to lose weight or be at a weight where your stomach muscles will show. No matter how in shape your stomach is, they won't show if you have a layer of fat covering them. Most skinny guys have a 6 pack without working out that much, simply because they're thin. If you're thin and they still don't pop out, do situps or crunches or other abdominal exercises.
Pecs are different story--those require regular weight training. Bench presses are best, but pushups will also work for a more defined look.

stay off the beer take aways biscuits and chocolates, train in a gym at least 3-5 times a week take out some personal training sessions with the money you save by not eating rubbish. you are what you eat

A good balanced diet, and determination as it won't happen overnight........ do callanetics i think its called it's where little motion of sitting up or slowly exercising the muscles in question is where the muscles stretch...........try the gym and they will have the right way to do it safely.

Go to the gym and work out. My boyfriend used to be a skinny rake then when he was 18 he started going to the gym and now he looks gorgeous! i think it took him about 1 to 2 years to bulk up properly, you have to be commited though. and dont use sterouids cus they will just f**k you right up. good luck!
