In football, previous champions wear stars over their national crests to show their previous wins, who agrees the cricket teams should too?

...yep I like that...especially when the team is not doing so well they could look down at their top for inspiration...I think it would look good. good idea...England could use bigger stars, as they'd have less! lol (-:

Nah, stupid idea.

The world cup in cricket is just not that important because it is only a one-day tournament. Test cricket has ALWAYS been the most important thing because it is REAL cricket as it has been played for over 200 years.

One day cricket is a McDonalds cheeseburger compared to the fine cordon bleu dinner of Test cricket.

but australia would have stars every where and look more like an american. and ayway both countries have stars on thier respective flags australi especially because bar the union jack (british) it is only the star constelation "southern cross"

As per sponsorship agreement, players are not supposed to display any other logo other than sponsor's logo. That is the reason why the system is not being followed in Cricket.
